Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administration Assistant for an immediate start to join their client in Laverton North VIC, who specialize in the collection/upcycling of cooking oil.
The successful applicant will have proficiency in MS Office applications and computer systems, as well as previous experience in a warehouse administration position involving inventory management, data entry and logistics coordination.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse administration position involving inventory management, data entry, and logistics coordination
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and warehouse management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong efficiency and organizational skills
- Ability to Multitask and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in inventory management and data entry
- Experience in accounts (preparing customer invoices, reconciling, allocating, and collecting payments)
- Must have full work rights long-term as this is a temp to perm opportunity requiring full commitment

Duties & Responsibilities involved:
- Work autonomously within a small team on site, whilst supporting and being a part of teams in remote locations, across Australia
- Coordinating the collections of used cooking oil
- Stock management including data entry and updating inventory records
- Operating computer systems including Microsoft Office applications, ERP software solutions and CRM Software
- Liaising with Stakeholders in an efficient and professional manner (both verbal and written)
- Provide support for the sales and operations functions to meet organic growth ambitions, retention targets and related activities
